About working with me
I work with people who have their lives just fine, but don't quite know what they want, feel insecure or invisible. People who encounter the same kinds of situations or dilemmas over and over again. People who are willing to work on themselves and explore where they can grow. I love working with people who want to feel their energy bubbling again, but could simply use some help with that. I love watching people learn to listen to their intuition again, so they are no longer dependent on the opinions of others.
About me
I am Heleen and I know from my own experience how it feels to want something different with your life than you have been doing for years. I have always found the opinion of others very important, but because of that I had actually lost sight of myself. I wanted to get more in touch with my feelings, but had no idea how to do that and where to start.
I started reading a lot, attending workshops and fairs, and attending various retreats and trainings. This forced me to work with myself. My search has become a very beautiful journey for which I am extremely grateful. A journey that by the way is still continuing. I experience peace and feel that I have found my mission. I wish that to others and so I offer my services as Soul coach and Energy healer so that I can help others in their own search.
What I do
I help people get back into their power. I mainly use Soul coaching. Soul coaching is intuitive coaching, which means that I tune in to you and intuitively sense the best way to help you. I really work with you to find possible blockages or limiting beliefs that keep you down unnecessarily. I know how difficult it can be to break free from existing routines. I am therefore happy to be your temporary guide on your journey.
